At Petals and Porcelain we want you to love your purchases. If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage or defect you will have 14 days, from the date the item was delivered to you, to send the item back to us. This excludes the following:
Items which cannot be returned are: Special Orders, Bath and Beauty Products, Duvet Inserts and Sleeping Pillows. All purchases on these items are final and are non-returnable.
Items authorized for return must be unused and in original packaging with all factory labels attached and come from a smoke free environment. Authorized returns will receive a refund processed in the manor in which the order was processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The shipping cost of returning the product to us is the responsibility of the customer.
Antique and Vintage
Due to overseas logistics and the very high costs to ship antiques from Europe, as well as costs incurred to procure these very individual objects, all purchases of these items are final. By the nature of the objects we rarely sell a “Perfect” antique. Our antique and vintage items are time worn. They sometimes have those lovely scratches and other wear that makes them truly well loved. We will always point out any flaws and strive to provide detailed photos and descriptions on each of the objects we present. We always want you to make a well educated decision when buying with us.
Product Images and Colour
We do our very best to accurately represent our products through images and descriptions. However, exact colour, luminosity and feel cannot be replicated digitally. The settings on your monitor or device, product dye lot variances and even your room’s lighting can make an item look different from when you view a product online. We cannot be responsible for variations between actual product colour and how it is displayed on your screen. Merchandise descriptions including colour or shades, textures and other features are provided by the manufacturer. Petals and Porcelain cannot assume the liability whatsoever for these differences.
How to make a return
Simply contact us within 14 days of the receipt of the item to receive a Return Authorization Number. All returned packages require this number and must arrive at our location within 14 days of the issue of that number.
All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice. Once we receive your return we will issue a refund within 7 business days.
If we receive a return without a RAN or if it arrives after 14 days of issuing the RAN, is not in it’s original packaging or if we find that the merchandise has been used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your own expense.
You should ship your merchandise to the address listed below via a trackable, insured delivery method to protect against loss or damage.
