Order confirmations are immediately sent to the email address you provide when your order is placed. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours please contact us.
Our orders usually ship within 2 to 3 days. You will be notified of shipment details, including a tracking number and estimated date of delivery, when the product leaves our premises. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Express and Priority shipping is not available to PO Box addresses. A signature is required on all packages valued over $500.
For International destinations our charges do not include taxes and duties imposed by the destination country. These taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Items not in stock will be shipped to you as soon as they arrive from the manufacturer. We provide estimated shipping dates on each order. Please note that these dates are based on average order times from our manufacturer. Due to fluctuating inventory levels due to demand these dates cannot be guaranteed. Occasionally, additional shipping time my be require due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases we will contact you as soon as we are aware that a problem exists.
If you need expedited shipping, or need to verify that a product is in stock for immediate shipment please contact us.
Our shipments are well packed and shipped insured. We trust that your order arrives safely. Please check all items in your shipment for shipping damage. If your order includes Standard Delivery, and you are not able to inspect the items completely before the delivery driver leaves, your have 48 hours to contact us. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item keep all original shipping materials and cartons. Take photos of the damage to the items and packaging materials. Please email us the photos with a written description of the damage.
Upon verification of the damage we will file a claim and replace the damaged item. Due to shipper/ carrier claim requirements we cannot accept damage notifications after 2 days of receipt of shipment.
